NSB Discussion Scope: Difference between revisions

When the draft proposal for NFV Phase 2 was presented at Malaga, concerns were raised related to the constitution of the an NVF Steering Board (NSB) and associated decision rights. This discussion intents to open the discussion on this topic. Comments are especially requested to (but not restricted to) the following questions:

What is a reasonable size of the NSB (number of participants) and how to achieve a fair representation of the different types of companies represented within the ETSI ISG NFV?
What should the NSB be able to decide, and which decisions should be still left to the ISG NFV plenary?
