For each registry-specific page, include - An overview of the registry purpose - A table with the current contents of the registry (*) - A link to another WIKI page for registration, including

               - The registration template in the form of a .doc or .txt file (or both)
               - A link to the applicable SOL specification 
               - The email address to which this registration template needs to be sent.
