For each registry-specific page, include

• An overview of the registry purpose
• A table with the current contents of the registry
• A link to another WIKI page for registration, including
  • The registration template in the form of a .doc or .txt file (or both)
  • A link to the applicable SOL specification
  • The email address to which this registration template needs to be sent: NFVsupport@etsi.org
